Your New Role

Based in Glendora, California, you will be the first point of contact for customers, turning inbound calls into scheduled appointments while leaving a lasting positive impression.

• Convert incoming calls into booked service appointments

• Deliver call scripts with warmth and professionalism

• Respond to customer questions, resolve issues, and promote the brand

• Build rapport to encourage repeat business

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

• Maintain accurate customer records in the database

• Participate in ongoing training to improve performance

• Be available for some Saturdays on a rotating schedule
