Your New Role as a Controls Technician

Lead the installation and functionality of advanced building control systems with accuracy
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues efficiently
Customize control system programs to fit the specific needs of each project
Optimize systems to achieve high energy efficiency and peak performance
Maintain thorough records and educate clients on system operations and maintenance

Job requirements

3-5 years of experience in HVAC controls or building management systems
Technical degree or certification in HVAC technology or a related field (preferred)
Skilled in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining HVAC control systems
Familiarity with Schneider and other major BMS technologies
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
EPA Section 608 Certification (beneficial)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Physical capability for tasks such as lifting and climbing
Flexibility for overtime and weekend work as needed
Authorization to work in the U.S.
