We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Content & Social Media Specialist who can take ownership of content creation, social media management, and day-to-day marketing support. In this role, you will plan, create, and publish content across multiple brands while ensuring everything is polished, on-brand, and aligned with marketing goals. You’ll play a key role in supporting marketing and advertising initiatives through graphics, video, and content execution. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Plan, manage, and execute content calendars across multiple brands
Create high-impact graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and paid advertising (optimized for platform requirements)
Edit video content, including short-form and basic long-form videos
Write engaging captions and marketing copy aligned with brand voice
Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and is polished before submission
Monitor engagement and track basic content performance metrics
Stay current with social media trends and apply them strategically
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to align content with overall marketing objectives
Maintain organized content libraries, assets, and templates for scalability

Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Veed.io, VideoLeap, or similar)
Strong copywriting skills for captions, posts, and marketing content
Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Experience creating content for marketing and paid advertising campaigns
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines
High attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, polished work
Proactive, coachable, and solution-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
