Pay range: $100k - $110k per year
Opportunity to manage complex commercial construction and electronic security integration projects
Regular travel throughout Tennessee and surrounding areas, with occasional overnight travel to project locations throughout the U.S.

Build relationships with owners, contractors, architects, vendors, and other key project stakeholders
Put your commercial construction experience to work on specialized, technically demanding projects
Collaborate closely with Superintendents, Foremen, Engineering, Field Operations, and Project Management teams
Lead commercial construction projects throughout Tennessee and surrounding areas
Manage multiple projects simultaneously from turnover through commissioning and final closeout
Develop project execution plans, construction schedules, budgets, resource plans, and forecasts
Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
Monitor project costs, labor, profitability, billing, revenue forecasting, and overall financial performance
Review construction contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation
Coordinate procurement and long lead materials to keep projects moving
Partner with Superintendents and Foremen to oversee field operations and installation activities
Maintain project schedules and develop recovery plans when milestones or deadlines are at risk
Conduct construction site visits, progress reviews, and quality inspections
Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and contract administration
Coordinate commissioning, punch list completion, and project closeout activities
Maintain strong communication with clients, owners, general contractors, architects, vendors, and subcontractors
Ensure work complies with company, client, OSHA, and site-specific safety requirements

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant industry experience may be considered
At least 6 months of field installation experience
Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, project scheduling, budget development, cost control, forecasting, and contract administration
Thorough knowledge of construction contract review and documentation
Thorough knowledge of DEC and SEC scope
OSHA-30 certification
Valid driver’s license
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with field teams, clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
Strong organization, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Experience with Bluebeam Revu and Sage 100 or similar accounting software
Electronic security integration experience preferred
Correctional or detention facility construction experience preferred
Access control, video surveillance, and intercom system experience preferred
Government construction project experience preferred
Procore experience preferred
Ability to travel regularly throughout Tennessee and surrounding areas, including occasional overnight travel to project locations throughout the U.S.
Ability to work in office, field office, client-facing, and active construction job site environments
Ability to navigate job site conditions that may include stairs, ladders, uneven walking surfaces, moving equipment, noise, dust, outdoor weather, and secured or detention environments
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including prolonged sitting and computer work, standing, walking job sites, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting or carrying project-related materials
Ability to work outside normal business hours when required by project needs, deadlines, inspections, client meetings, or field conditions
