Your New Role

  • Manage commercial construction and renovation projects in and around Louisville, Kentucky

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking

  • Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and other project documentation

  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward

  • Monitor job site progress and help resolve construction-related issues

  • Promote safe work practices and support quality standards throughout each project

  • Communicate project updates with clients, stakeholders, and company leadership

  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, change orders, and project records

  • Use construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, or similar platforms to manage project information and documentation

  • Help deliver projects on time, within budget, and to customer expectations

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management or a related role

  • Knowledge of commercial construction methods, renovations, and tenant improvement projects

  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction documents

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with Procore, Prolog, or similar construction management software is preferred

  • OSHA certification or other construction safety training is preferred

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local job sites as needed
