Play a meaningful role in delivering successful projects and building lasting client relationships
Manage commercial construction and renovation projects in and around Louisville, Kentucky
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and other project documentation
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward
Monitor job site progress and help resolve construction-related issues
Promote safe work practices and support quality standards throughout each project
Communicate project updates with clients, stakeholders, and company leadership
Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, change orders, and project records
Use construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, or similar platforms to manage project information and documentation
Help deliver projects on time, within budget, and to customer expectations

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management or a related role
Knowledge of commercial construction methods, renovations, and tenant improvement projects
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction documents
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Procore, Prolog, or similar construction management software is preferred
OSHA certification or other construction safety training is preferred
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local job sites as needed
