Manage meaningful commercial construction and renovation projects without getting lost in a massive corporate operation
Manage commercial construction, renovation, and tenant improvement projects in and around Louisville, Kentucky
Lead projects through planning, preconstruction, execution, and closeout
Develop and maintain construction schedules, project budgets, cost tracking, and project controls
Review blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and other project documentation
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal project teams to maintain schedules and productivity
Monitor job site progress and proactively resolve construction challenges that could affect schedule, budget, quality, or client expectations
Promote job site safety and support established quality-control standards throughout every phase of construction
Communicate project status, milestones, changes, and challenges with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and company leadership
Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, change orders, contracts, and project records
Use construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, or similar platforms to manage project information and documentation
Drive projects toward on-time, on-budget completion while maintaining quality standards and customer expectations

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management or a related role
Knowledge of commercial construction methods, renovations, and tenant improvement projects
Experience managing construction budgets, project schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and construction documents
Strong organizational, communication, project coordination, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Procore, Prolog, or similar construction project management software preferred
OSHA certification or other construction safety training preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local job sites as needed
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and documentation
