Your New Role

As a Commercial Journeyman Plumber based in Dallas, TX and serving the greater DFW area, you’ll lead and execute a variety of complex commercial plumbing jobs, from ground-up builds to interior finish-outs and critical service calls. You’ll be expected to deliver clean, code-compliant work and bring pride to every project.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints and commercial plumbing schematics

• Install, repair, and maintain water, gas, and drainage systems

• Lead interior finish-outs, remodels, and new construction plumbing projects

• Diagnose and perform commercial plumbing service work

• Collaborate with other trades and contractors on job sites

• Ensure code compliance, jobsite safety, and clean work practices

• Communicate with dispatch and office staff to stay on schedule

• Represent the company professionally at all times

Must-have Qualifications

• Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber License (no out-of-state transfers)

• Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience

• Comfortable with:

  • Commercial service work

  • New construction

  • Remodels and finish-outs

• Ability to read and interpret commercial construction drawings and schematics

• Skilled with plumbing hand and power tools

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical gas certification
