Your New Role

As our Commercial HVAC Technician, you'll be the key player in delivering top-notch service on our commercial projects. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like (Part-time to Full-time depending on a project-by-project basis):

• Lead and manage HVAC teams on various commercial projects
• Actively seek and bid on new commercial work
• Professionally interact with contractors, customers, and vendors
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a range of HVAC equipment
• Interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints with ease
• Organize project materials, ensure safety compliance, and manage on-call service as needed

• Experience: 5+ years in commercial HVAC
• Certifications: EPA License, TDLR registration, and NATE certification required
• Physical Ability: Able to climb ladders and lift/pull 60 lbs.
• Driver’s License: Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record
• Skills: Strong work ethic, positive attitude, customer service expertise, and time management
• Other: Must own tools, interpret manuals and schematics, and be drug-free
• Availability: Ready for after-hours and weekend work as needed
