Estimated annual earnings of $80,000 to $140,000 based on base compensation and performance incentives

Assigned sales territory within approximately 30 to 40 miles of Livermore
Hybrid work environment combining field and office responsibilities
Monday through Friday schedule, generally 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility based on business needs

Develop new commercial business opportunities within your assigned territory
Prospect, network, and generate qualified commercial sales leads
Promote commercial HVAC service agreements, maintenance programs, retrofit projects, and energy-efficiency solutions
Conduct site visits to evaluate customer needs and project scope
Prepare estimates, proposals, and solution recommendations
Manage an active sales pipeline using effective follow-up and account management practices
Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial customers
Collaborate with internal operations and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction

Strong commercial HVAC sales experience with estimating knowledge
Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and energy-efficient solutions
Demonstrated success generating leads, developing business, and closing sales
Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Ability to work independently while managing an assigned territory
Experience preparing proposals, bids, or project estimates
Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally
Knowledge of commercial HVAC maintenance, retrofit, and service solutions is preferred
