Your New Role:

As a Commercial HVAC Installer/Sheet Metal Mechanic, you’ll be working on commercial sites in and around Dallas, TX. Your responsibilities include:

• Installing HVAC systems, curbs, ductwork, piping, and wiring.

• Repairing and replacing HVAC components to ensure optimal performance.

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams.

• Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Maintaining a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety standards.

• Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently.

• Experience: 6-10 years in commercial/industrial HVAC installation and repair.

• Education: High school coursework or equivalent.

• Certifications:

  • Apprentice or Journeyman license

  • OSHA 10 or 30

• Assessments: Myers Briggs Personality Assessment, Culture Index, Personality Index.

• Background Check & Drug Testing: Required.

• Work Environment: Construction sites and commercial buildings.
