Your New Role

• Install commercial HVAC systems on new construction, retrofit, tenant improvement, and renovation projects

• Install rooftop units up to 25 tons, split systems, ductwork, fittings, and related HVAC equipment

• Complete installations for apartment complexes, light commercial buildings, and residential projects as needed

• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and installation specifications

• Work closely with project managers, shop fabrication, and fellow installers to keep projects on schedule

• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site while representing the company with customers and contractors

• Support both commercial and residential installation work as business needs require

• High school diploma or GED required; completion of an HVAC trade school or technical program preferred

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred

• Strong commercial HVAC installation experience required

• Ability to install rooftop units, split systems, ductwork, and related HVAC equipment

• Willingness and ability to perform both commercial and residential installations

• Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and installation plans

• EPA Section 608 Certification preferred

• Professional appearance and strong communication skills when interacting with customers and job site personnel

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and commitment to quality craftsmanship

• Ability to safely lift equipment and work in a physically demanding environment
