Serve as the on-site superintendent for commercial construction projects in Farmington, UT and surrounding areas
Oversee daily job site operations and coordinate all construction activities
Manage subcontractors, schedules, materials, and inspections
Enforce safety standards and maintain accurate project documentation
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and inspectors
Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on schedule and within budget

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
Proven leadership and communication skills in a construction environment
Experience with construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend; FieldWire experience is a plus
Working knowledge of construction safety standards and job site compliance
OSHA certification preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Degree in Construction Management preferred but not required
