Your New Role

• Serve as the on-site superintendent for commercial construction projects in Farmington, UT and surrounding areas

• Oversee daily job site operations and coordinate all construction activities

• Manage subcontractors, schedules, materials, and inspections

• Enforce safety standards and maintain accurate project documentation

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and inspectors

• Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on schedule and within budget

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents

• Proven leadership and communication skills in a construction environment

• Experience with construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend; FieldWire experience is a plus

• Working knowledge of construction safety standards and job site compliance

• OSHA certification preferred

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Degree in Construction Management preferred but not required
