Pay: $90,000 to $110,000 per year depending on experience

Steady pipeline of commercial construction projects across Central Virginia
Established, family-owned Class A general contractor with over 25 years of experience
Strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial projects across multiple industries
Work on a variety of projects including healthcare, government, commercial, and industrial facilities
Team-oriented environment with experienced leadership and project support
Focus on building long-term client relationships and maintaining high standards on every project
Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects in the Greater Richmond, VA and Central Virginia area
Oversee site safety, construction progress, quality control, and jobsite organization
Lead projects from pre-construction through final completion
Partner with Project Managers to maintain schedules, budgets, and project milestones
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors to keep projects aligned
Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track and within scope
Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements
Manage punch lists and drive timely project closeout

Experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent or similar leadership role in construction
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and project execution
Understanding of construction safety practices and jobsite compliance
Experience leading teams and coordinating subcontractors
Comfortable using construction technology and project management tools
Proven ability to meet project deadlines and deliver quality results
Ability to travel to job sites within a 60 plus mile radius of Richmond, VA
