Your New Role

• Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects in the Greater Richmond, VA and Central Virginia area

• Oversee site safety, construction progress, quality control, and jobsite organization

• Lead projects from pre-construction through final completion

• Partner with Project Managers to maintain schedules, budgets, and project milestones

• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors to keep projects aligned

• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track and within scope

• Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements

• Manage punch lists and drive timely project closeout

• Experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent or similar leadership role in construction

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and project execution

• Understanding of construction safety practices and jobsite compliance

• Experience leading teams and coordinating subcontractors

• Comfortable using construction technology and project management tools

• Proven ability to meet project deadlines and deliver quality results

• Ability to travel to job sites within a 60 plus mile radius of Richmond, VA
