Your New Role

As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering our mission of exceeding customer expectations with a “white glove” experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Building value in the services we provide and offering honest advice to homeowners.
• Managing a pipeline of prospects using company CRM tools.
• Running company-provided leads while also generating your own through networking, events, and referrals.
• Promoting our brand on social media and through creative outreach efforts.
• Cross-selling between departments to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Partnering with the install team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Keeping updated on all products, pricing, and the latest sales techniques via Nexstar and Service Titan training.

• 2+ years of HVAC sales experience.
• Solid understanding of HVAC equipment and systems.
• Strong verbal communication and phone skills.
