Serve residential homeowners throughout Crestwood, KY, and the surrounding areas within a 45-minute service radius
Generate HVAC replacement sales through technician-generated and marketed leads
Perform in-home comfort surveys and HVAC system evaluations
Follow the SGI Sales Model to present customized HVAC system solutions
Build rapport with homeowners and guide them through purchasing decisions
Present financing options and complete all required sales paperwork accurately
Maintain strong closing ratios and revenue performance goals
Arrive promptly to appointments and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process
Ensure all decision-makers are present before presenting pricing and solutions
Utilize sales tools such as the Home Comfort Guide during consultations
Attend sales training meetings and continue self-development through sales education
Uphold company ethics, professionalism, and customer-first service standards

High school diploma or GED required
Associate degree preferred but not required
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
5+ years of experience in sales, in-home sales, HVAC sales, or related skilled trades environments preferred
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital sales tools
Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Understanding of residential HVAC systems, comfort solutions, and industry regulations preferred
Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, kneel, bend, and work in varying weather conditions
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
Must pass drug testing and background screening in accordance with company standards
