Your New Role

• Operate CDL vehicles for material and equipment transport in Ennis, TX and surrounding areas

• Perform physical labor on job sites, including trenching, loading, and site prep

• Learn and assist with directional drilling operations

• Support crew members in utility installation and excavation work

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain logs

• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards

• Driving will make up approximately 10 percent of the role, with the majority focused on field work

• Valid CDL Class A preferred, Class B accepted

• Tanker endorsement required within 30 days of hire

• Valid DOT medical card

• Must pass FMCSA Clearinghouse check

• No DUIs or DWIs within the last 5 years

• No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years

• Ability to meet DOT compliance requirements including drug testing and documentation

• Willingness to perform physical labor and learn directional drilling

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Experience in construction or utility work preferred

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
