Operate CDL vehicles for material and equipment transport in Ennis, TX, and surrounding areas
Perform physical labor, including trenching, loading, digging, and site preparation
Assist with horizontal directional drilling and utility installation
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain logs
Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards
Work outdoors in varying conditions and handle the physical demands of the job
Driving will make up approximately 10 percent of the role, with the majority focused on field work

High School Diploma or GED preferred
At least 6 months of HDD, drilling, construction, or utility experience
Valid CDL Class A preferred, Class B accepted
Valid DOT medical card and ability to meet DOT compliance requirements, including drug testing and documentation
Must pass FMCSA Clearinghouse check
Tanker endorsement required within 30 days of hire
Clean driving record with no DUIs or DWIs within the last 5 years and no more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years
Ability to obtain a TWIC card within 90 days and an OSHA 10 certification
Willingness to perform physical labor, lift 50+ pounds, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to follow directions, communicate effectively, and work as part of a team
Must be authorized to work in the United States
