Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily field operations for commercial carpentry and construction projects throughout the Philadelphia Tri-State Area

  • Coordinate multiple active job sites to maintain schedules, safety requirements, and production goals

  • Supervise carpenters, labor crews, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship

  • Review project plans, specifications, and field conditions to support efficient project completion

  • Partner with project managers and operations leadership to communicate progress and resolve field-related challenges

  • Assist with manpower planning, labor coordination, and material management across projects

  • Maintain organized job sites while enforcing operational procedures and company standards

  • Support onboarding, training, and development of field personnel

  • Promote OSHA-compliant safety practices and reinforce a strong safety culture on every jobsite

  • Address field issues proactively to maintain productivity and project momentum

  • Maintain effective communication between field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a superintendent, foreman, or construction leadership role

  • Strong commercial carpentry background with knowledge of construction methods and blueprint interpretation

  • Experience managing crews, schedules, subcontractors, and daily field activities

  • Understanding of commercial construction workflows, labor coordination, and production management

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project demands

  • Working knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety procedures

  • Associate degree in Construction Management preferred

  • Lean Construction experience preferred

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred

  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred

  • Bilingual communication skills preferred

  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor construction environments

  • Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and scaffolding, and move throughout active job sites for extended periods

  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and handle tools and materials throughout the workday

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds

  • Valid driver’s license required
