Lead and direct carpentry crews on commercial construction projects in Broomall, PA and surrounding job sites
Oversee daily jobsite operations including scheduling, material usage, and crew assignments
Perform and supervise metal stud framing, drywall installation, ceilings, doors, windows, and hardware installation
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate layout and execution
Coordinate with superintendents and other trades to keep projects on schedule
Monitor jobsite safety practices and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
Track labor hours, production, and progress to maintain project efficiency
Train, mentor, and develop crew members while maintaining high workmanship standards

Minimum 3 years of commercial carpentry experience with leadership responsibilities
Strong skills in metal framing, drywall, and finish carpentry
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Experience installing doors, windows, hardware, and ceiling systems
Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and crew priorities
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
Ability to travel to various job sites as needed
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in active construction environments
