Pay: $35 - $42 per hour based on experience and skill level

Help mentor crew members while contributing directly to project success
Lead carpentry crews on commercial construction projects throughout the Philadelphia Tri-State Area
Coordinate daily field operations, manpower, and workflow scheduling
Perform and oversee metal stud framing, drywall installation, ceilings, and finish carpentry work
Install doors, frames, hardware, windows, and related building components
Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and construction drawings
Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to maintain production schedules
Monitor jobsite safety and maintain OSHA compliance standards
Track productivity, labor usage, and overall project progress
Train and support crew members while maintaining high workmanship standards
Minimum 3 years of commercial carpentry experience with supervisory or foreman responsibilities
Strong background in metal framing, drywall, and commercial finish carpentry
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Experience with commercial door, frame, hardware, and ceiling system installation
Strong leadership, communication, and crew coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain production schedules
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to travel between local job sites as needed
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in active construction environments
