Manage and release work orders in alignment with production schedules in Salem, OR
Create and maintain purchase orders for materials, equipment, and supplies
Track deliveries and ensure on-time material availability
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing and inventory transactions
Support project setup including order entry, file creation, and timeline coordination
Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts
Coordinate with vendors to support sourcing, pricing, and lead times
Assist with estimating and cost tracking to support project accuracy
Participate in scheduling meetings and cross-department coordination
Support vendor development and maintain strong supplier relationships
Prepare reports related to pricing trends and material costs
Provide logistics and technical support to internal teams and customers

2+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or material planning within utility, telecommunications, or related industries
Associate degree in Supply Chain or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Oracle is preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills with vendors, customers, and internal teams
Ability to interpret specifications, RFQs, and project schedules
Basic math skills and cost analysis understanding
Valid driver’s license
Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer-based work
