Base Salary + Commission: Earn $38,000 - $40,000 annually, with commission opportunities to boost your take-home pay.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’re not just talking to people—you’re opening doors. Your focus will be connecting potential customers to HVAC solutions they can trust. This position is based in Auburn, WA.
Your day-to-day will include:
Lead Generation: Actively engage with the community to create a consistent stream of qualified leads.
Face-to-Face Outreach: Introduce our services directly to homeowners with professionalism and confidence.
Lead Management: Keep track of interactions and leads in our CRM to maintain accuracy and follow-through.
Qualification: Evaluate customer needs and ensure they’re a strong fit for our services.

High school diploma or GED
1+ years of experience in lead generation preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
Solid communication skills—whether in person or over the phone
Comfortable using tools like Google Docs and Sheets
Organized, enthusiastic, and ready to hit the ground running
