This is a full-time Bookkeeper opportunity for someone who enjoys organized financial work, consistent processes, and being a trusted part of the day-to-day operations of a growing business. This role supports The Perfect Light and is positioned within their Premier Lighting business.
Annual salary range of $55,000 to $75,000, based on experience
Full-time schedule, 5 days per week

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including invoices, expenses, receipts, and payments
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Track inventory and assist with inventory-related accounting
Prepare basic financial reports and support budgeting activities
Maintain organized financial documentation and records

Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounting support role
Working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable
Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Solid organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work on-site and collaborate with internal teams
Experience in service-based, construction, electrical, or lighting-related industries is helpful but not required
