Pay: $55,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience

Support superintendents and project managers on commercial construction projects in South Jordan, Utah
Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of daily jobsite operations
Manage schedules and track milestones using construction management software
Support quality control and oversee subcontractor performance
Review construction drawings, specifications, and RFIs for accuracy
Maintain clear communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Assist with punch lists, inspections, and issue resolution
Handle jobsite documentation, safety compliance, and daily field reports

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (recent grads encouraged to apply)
Previous experience in commercial construction or field operations preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and construction management software
Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives on problem-solving
Comfortable working on active job sites alongside field crews
