Your New Role

  • Support superintendents and project managers on commercial construction projects in South Jordan, Utah

  • Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of daily jobsite operations

  • Manage schedules and track milestones using construction management software

  • Support quality control and oversee subcontractor performance

  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and RFIs for accuracy

  • Maintain clear communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

  • Assist with punch lists, inspections, and issue resolution

  • Handle jobsite documentation, safety compliance, and daily field reports

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (recent grads encouraged to apply)

  • Previous experience in commercial construction or field operations preferred

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and construction management software

  • Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives on problem-solving

  • Comfortable working on active job sites alongside field crews
