You’ll be part of a company where your effort directly impacts results and reputation
As an Assistant Project Manager in our Concrete Division based in Dallas–Fort Worth, TX, you’ll support project planning, scheduling, and execution from start to finish. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced project managers and help drive commercial concrete jobs to completion on time and on budget.
Coordinate activities, materials, and subcontractors
Maintain accurate project documentation
Support estimating and budgeting processes
Use construction software to manage scheduling and field communications
Review blueprints, monitor job progress, and enforce quality standards
Prioritize safety and ensure compliance with regulations

Associate degree in business, construction, or technical field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Previous experience in a construction environment strongly preferred
Proficiency or familiarity with ProCore, Bluebeam, and Fieldwire is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry
