Annual Salary: $60,000–$85,000 based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some weekends as needed (weather-related adjustments)

Located in New Orleans, Louisiana (70129), this Assistant Project Manager role is a boots-on-the-ground opportunity to lead and execute complex federal construction projects. You'll be wearing multiple hats—Assistant Project Manager, Safety Officer, and Quality Control Manager—so versatility is a must.
Oversee scheduling using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
Manage documentation with MS Office, Procore, and other platforms
Draft and implement safety and QC plans for federal agencies like USACE and NAVFAC
Maintain compliance with all OSHA and EM 385-1-1 safety standards
Supervise and manage all aspects of site quality control
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure federal compliance
Act as a key onsite liaison for NASA construction initiatives

Bachelor’s Degree in construction management or related field
6–10 years of experience in federal construction projects
Strong background in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Procore
Experience writing safety and quality control plans
30-hour OSHA certification
USACE 40-Hour EM 385-1-1 training
First Aid & CPR certification
Competent Person in Fall Protection
USACE RMS Certification Plus preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Must be able to work onsite in New Orleans, LA
