Your New Role

  • Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, handling calls, scheduling, and job updates in Kennedale, TX and surrounding areas

  • Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to align schedules, timelines, and project execution

  • Schedule and manage vendors and subcontractors to keep jobs on track

  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and availability with vendors and subcontractors

  • Prepare and organize material orders for roofing and construction jobs

  • Occasionally pick up materials from suppliers as needed

  • Track and manage timesheets, expenses, and job cost ledgers using Excel

  • Maintain accurate job documentation using CompanyCam and internal systems

  • Support job costing and bookkeeping tasks, with role split of approximately 80 percent administrative and 20 percent bookkeeping

  • Keep job files, communication logs, and project records organized and up to date

  • Assist with customer and subcontractor coordination to ensure smooth project flow

Job requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or administrative support

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with homeowners, vendors, and subcontractors

  • Experience scheduling jobs, coordinating crews, or managing service workflows

  • Basic bookkeeping or job costing experience, including timesheets, expenses, or ledgers

  • Proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting job costs

  • Familiarity with CompanyCam or similar job documentation tools is a plus

  • Ability to multitask and stay highly organized in a fast-paced construction environment

  • Basic understanding of roofing, remodeling, or construction processes preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
