Schedule: 3 to 4 days per week
Consistent weekday hours that support work life balance
Primarily remote work arrangement
Onsite presence required at least once per week, with details discussed during the interview process

Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments for two business owners
Coordinate email communications, phone calls, and administrative correspondence
Track action items, deadlines, and follow up tasks to help keep projects and operations moving forward
Maintain accurate digital records, files, and business documents
Assist with administrative processes that support daily business operations
Communicate professionally with team members, clients, vendors, and business partners
Provide ongoing executive and administrative support to improve efficiency and organization

Associate's Degree preferred but not required
3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative assistant, executive assistant, office coordinator, or office administration role
Proven ability to manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling logistics
Experience handling professional email communication and business phone interactions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and standard office technology platforms
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Strong written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
