We’re looking for a sharp, driven Accounts Receivable / Billing Manager who’s mastered ServiceTitan and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. You’ll take the lead on all billing and AR operations for a U.S.-based HVAC group operating across multiple brands. This isn’t just about pushing invoices, it’s about owning the numbers, setting standards, and making sure we’re collecting every dollar, every time. You’ll be the go-to expert for invoicing workflows, dashboard creation, and AR performance, working alongside operations teams and site-level staff to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Own same-day invoicing in ServiceTitan for completed jobs (~200/day); ensure zero misses or SLA breaches
Build, maintain, and share daily/weekly dashboards (job completion vs. invoiced, AR aging, exceptions, etc.)
Standardize billing SOPs across all brands and entities
Coach site-level billers; align with operations leads for smooth execution
Coordinate with the collections team to ensure professional, consistent outreach and follow-up
Reconcile data between ServiceTitan and NetSuite; support accurate revenue recognition and month-end close
Lead resolution of billing issues (job costing, adjustments, materials, hours) directly within ServiceTitan
Deliver clear written and on-camera updates to U.S.-based stakeholders
Act as a central point of accountability for AR and billing workflows across multiple business units

Pay Rate: $7.50–$10 USD/hour (based on experience and skill set)
Schedule: Full-time; aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (Night Shift)
Remote Work: Work from anywhere in the Philippines
Tech Stack: Hands-on work with ServiceTitan and NetSuite

Be a key player, not a cog, in a high-performance finance and operations team
Proven hands-on experience in ServiceTitan, specifically in billing, AR workflows, and job costing
3–5+ years of experience in AR/Billing within field services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Experience coordinating across multiple brands or business entities
Strong data and reporting skills; comfortable using spreadsheets or BI tools to lead daily huddles
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; confident on camera and responsive during shift
Ability to work night shift (U.S. Eastern Time zone hours)
Nice to Have:
Experience with NetSuite, especially ServiceTitan → NetSuite reconciliation
Previous team lead experience working with remote or U.S.-based staff
Collections management and customer dispute resolution experience
