Your New Role

  • Review and process vendor invoices and credit card charges with accuracy and timeliness

  • Match purchase orders to invoices and resolve discrepancies before processing

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records across all transactions

  • Communicate with vendors via phone, email, or mail to resolve outstanding balances

  • Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and efficiently

  • Set up new vendors and update existing vendor records as needed

  • Support the accounting team with additional duties as assigned

Job requirements

  • Previous accounts payable experience in the construction industry required

  • Experience with Sage 100 Construction preferred but not required

  • Intercompany accounting experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with vendors and internal teams
