Your New Role

• Serve customers throughout Buda, Austin, Texas 78610, and surrounding areas across Hays, Travis, and Williamson counties

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Help customers understand system performance, energy efficiency, and available improvement options

• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacement systems, and service agreements when appropriate

• Provide clear, honest recommendations that align with each customer's needs

• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service

• Complete service records and sales documentation accurately

• Represent Climate Mechanical professionally during every customer interaction

• 3 to 5 years of HVAC service experience

• Experience working with refrigeration systems

• Strong troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills for HVAC equipment

• Ability to communicate technical information clearly with customers

• Proven ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions

• Sales-focused approach with the ability to generate and close opportunities

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and rotating weekends
