Your New Role

• Work as a Plumber serving customers throughout Indianapolis, Indiana, as well as Avon, Brownsburg, Plainfield, and surrounding communities

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing problems

• Install, repair, and service water heaters, sump pumps, sewage pumps, garbage disposals, and related plumbing equipment

• Repair and replace pipes, plumbing fixtures, and valves

• Work on water, sewer, and gas piping systems

• Perform drain cleaning, leak detection, and backflow prevention services

• Complete light excavation, trenching, and backfilling when required

• Read and interpret blueprints and rough drawings as needed

• Follow applicable plumbing codes and safety requirements

• Communicate clearly with customers about plumbing issues and recommended repairs

• Complete service work with attention to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

• 1+ year of plumbing experience

• Service plumbing experience preferred, but construction plumbers interested in moving into service work are encouraged to apply

• Valid plumbing license

• Working knowledge of applicable building codes and safety standards

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and rough drawings

• Plumbing troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage your daily workload

• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirements

• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening

• Plumbing tools required

• Authorized to work in the United States
