Your New Role

• Perform residential HVAC service, diagnostics, and repairs on furnaces and air conditioning systems in Des Moines, IA and within a 40-mile radius

• Clearly explain repair versus replacement options to homeowners

• Recommend and sell indoor air quality solutions and maintenance memberships

• Deliver top-tier customer service that turns first-time clients into long-term customers

• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with dispatch and team members

• Participate in an on-call rotation for nights and weekends

• Represent the company professionally in both appearance and communication

• 3 to 5 years of residential HVAC service experience

• Journeyman HVAC License preferred

• EPA Certification

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for heating and cooling systems

• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers

• Experience with indoor air quality products and system upgrades preferred

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work a full-time schedule including occasional evenings and weekends
