Your New Role

• As an HVAC Sales Technician, you'll diagnose residential heating and cooling system issues, perform repairs and maintenance, and recommend solutions that meet each customer's needs. You'll combine strong technical skills with excellent customer service to help homeowners make informed decisions about their HVAC systems.

• This position is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC equipment

• Perform new system installations as assigned

• Explain repair options, replacement recommendations, and pricing to customers in a clear, professional manner

• Recommend system upgrades, accessories, maintenance agreements, and replacement options when appropriate

• Educate homeowners on system operation and preventive maintenance

• Complete service documentation accurately using company software

• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

• At least 5 years of residential HVAC experience

• Valid Mechanical Journeyman License

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school education is a plus

• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing residential HVAC systems

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to explain technical information in a way customers can easily understand

• Experience recommending HVAC products or services based on customer needs

• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company requirements

• Ability to comply with the company's substance-free workplace and drug testing policies

• Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position, including lifting up to 75 pounds and working in confined spaces or at heights, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and required safety equipment
