Estimated annual earnings of $80,000 to $140,000 based on base compensation and performance incentives

Develop new business opportunities as a Commercial HVAC Sales Representative within your assigned territory
Prospect, network, and conduct outreach to identify potential commercial clients
Promote commercial HVAC service, retrofit, maintenance, and energy-efficiency solutions
Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and project scope
Prepare proposals and estimates based on client requirements
Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to support project execution and customer satisfaction
Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, generally between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with flexibility based on business needs

Experience in B2B sales required
HVAC, construction, mechanical services, or related industry experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to develop leads and close sales opportunities
Understanding of consultative sales and relationship management practices
Experience preparing estimates or proposals preferred
Ability to work independently and manage a local sales territory
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel locally
