Your New Role

  • Develop new business opportunities as a Commercial HVAC Sales Representative within your assigned territory

  • Prospect, network, and conduct outreach to identify potential commercial clients

  • Promote commercial HVAC service, retrofit, maintenance, and energy-efficiency solutions

  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and project scope

  • Prepare proposals and estimates based on client requirements

  • Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support project execution and customer satisfaction

  • Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, generally between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with flexibility based on business needs

Job requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales required

  • HVAC, construction, mechanical services, or related industry experience preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to develop leads and close sales opportunities

  • Understanding of consultative sales and relationship management practices

  • Experience preparing estimates or proposals preferred

  • Ability to work independently and manage a local sales territory

  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills

  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel locally
