Your New Role

• Location: Dallas, TX

• Lead commercial HVAC projects across the DFW area including new construction, remodel, and service work

• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and system maintenance

• Install and service rooftop units, boilers, and commercial HVAC systems

• Ensure all work meets safety standards and local codes

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and on-site teams

• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams

• Maintain accurate job documentation and organized workspaces

• Represent the company professionally on every job site

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience

• Strong skills in installation, service, renovation, and diagnostics

• Hands-on experience with rooftop units, boilers, and commercial systems

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass a background check

• EPA Certification preferred, Type II or Universal

• Ability to work independently and manage job responsibilities

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Medical gas certification is a plus

• Experience working in schools, hospitals, or similar environments is a plus
