Your New Role

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems

• Perform maintenance and repairs on furnaces and air conditioning systems

• Clearly explain repair and replacement options to homeowners

• Recommend indoor air quality solutions and maintenance memberships when appropriate

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members

• Participate in an on-call rotation for nights and weekends

• Represent the company professionally in customers' homes

• Service residential customers throughout Des Moines, Iowa, and surrounding communities within approximately a 40-mile radius

What You Need

• 3 to 5 years of residential HVAC service experience

• Journeyman HVAC License preferred

• EPA Certification

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for heating and cooling systems

• Ability to clearly communicate technical information to homeowners

• Experience with indoor air quality products and HVAC system upgrades preferred

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and participation in an on-call rotation
