Yellowstone Local proudly represents Angel Water, a trusted provider of residential water treatment solutions serving communities across Illinois. Our team helps homeowners learn about water treatment options through educational conversations and free in-home water testing appointments.

As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first person many potential customers meet. Working at assigned retail locations, you'll engage with shoppers, introduce Angel Water's services, and schedule free in-home water testing appointments for interested homeowners. This role combines customer interaction with light administrative tasks, including entering customer information and scheduling appointments. If you enjoy meeting people, starting conversations, and providing helpful information, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage shoppers in friendly, professional conversations about residential water treatment solutions.

• Ask qualifying questions to determine customer interest and schedule free in-home water testing appointments.

• Represent Angel Water with professionalism while delivering a positive customer experience.

• Use a tablet to schedule appointments, record lead information, and maintain accurate customer records.

• Answer general questions about Angel Water's products and services using company-provided information.

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift.

• Work at retail locations serving Lake Zurich, Palatine, and surrounding Illinois communities.

What We Offer:

• Pay: $16-$19 per hour base pay, depending on experience, plus bonus/SPIF opportunities, walked leads bonus, and closed system bonuses. Average team earnings typically range from $20-$25 per hour.

• Bonuses & Perks: Quarterly bonuses typically range from $125-$990, plus weekly gift card incentives for reaching performance goals.

• Flexible Scheduling: Part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. Weekend-focused hours are required, with potential rest days on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday depending on your schedule.
