Ready to put your diagnostic skills to work solving real underground plumbing issues with advanced camera technology every day?
$27 to $32 per hour based on experience and qualifications
Monthly performance pay opportunity up to 20 percent on revenue above target
Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Weekend on call rotation approximately every 6 to 8 weeks
Typical workload of 40 to 50 hours per week

Perform sewer and drain inspections using camera and locator equipment in Tyler, Texas and surrounding areas within a 40 mile radius of 75703
Diagnose plumbing issues including root intrusion, pipe damage, improper grading, and system deterioration
Explain findings to customers and recommend clear, practical solutions
Recommend services such as hydro jetting, pipe repair, and trenchless solutions when appropriate
Document inspections with accurate notes and detailed reports
Maintain and care for inspection and locating equipment
Work closely with plumbing service and installation teams to complete jobs efficiently
Follow local plumbing codes and company safety standards
Deliver a professional customer experience from start to finish

Active Texas Tradesman Plumber License or higher
3 to 5 years of plumbing experience, including sewer camera inspection
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in plumbing systems
Ability to clearly explain findings and solutions to customers
Experience creating written service reports and documentation
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Willingness to participate in a rotating emergency call schedule
