Davis Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our residential installation team in Princeton, New Jersey.

What You'll Do

Take the lead on residential HVAC installations, working with your crew to complete each project safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish

• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related HVAC equipment

• Complete residential retrofit and replacement installations

• Follow manufacturer specifications, local building codes, and safety requirements

• Guide and train apprentices and installation helpers on the job

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout each project

• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe

• Complete installation paperwork accurately and on time

• Coordinate with dispatch and office staff to keep projects on schedule

Required

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Solid knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems

• Hands-on residential retrofit installation experience

• EPA Certification

• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to perform HVAC installation work safely in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments

• Ability to lead installation projects and work effectively with apprentices and helpers

• Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and professional service

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional experience with residential HVAC retrofit and replacement installations
