$100,000 to $110,000 annual salary
10% annual target bonus

Relocation assistance of $10,000 to $15,000 with a 2-year agreement
2 to 3 months of temporary housing or reimbursement
12-hour day shifts on a 5 on / 4 off schedule

On-site role based in Mullan, Idaho with relocation support available
Open to candidates willing to relocate from Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, Minnesota, Missouri, West Virginia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida
Lead and supervise electrical maintenance operations on-site in Mullan, Idaho
Direct daily work of mine electricians
Plan and oversee preventive and emergency electrical work
Troubleshoot power distribution, motors, PLCs, and instrumentation
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams
Manage work orders, reporting, and documentation
Train and develop electrical team members
Support continuous improvement and system reliability
5+ years of industrial or mining electrical experience
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of power distribution, PLCs, motors, and controls
Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems
Familiarity with industrial safety standards
Journeyman Electrician license preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-demand environment
Willingness and ability to work on-site in Mullan, Idaho, with relocation assistance provided
