Your New Role

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and P&ID to guide project execution
• Lead your crew, handling disciplinary needs and providing on-the-spot coaching
• Perform precise welding operations on various metals and alloys
• Ensure weld quality meets company standards
• Uphold company policies and customer standards across all projects
• Set a productivity benchmark by leading from the front and motivating your team
• Foster a culture of strong work ethic, problem-solving, and team morale

• Experience in TIG welding, stainless steel fabrication, and sanitary welding processes
• Certification: Must be able to pass a 6G Pipe weld test
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Leadership Experience: Proven background as a foreman managing a welding crew
• Driver’s License: Valid license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to Travel across job sites in Magic Valley and surrounding areas
• Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Paul, ID
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
