• 3-5 years of experience in the water conditioning industry, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of water softeners and related equipment
• Hold a valid license to perform water softening in the state of Minnesota
• Possess a clean driving record with no major traffic violations
• Successfully pass a DOT physical examination
• Pass a drug test as part of the hiring process
• Pass a comprehensive background check
• Maintain a clean-cut and presentable appearance
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Must be authorized to work in the US. & Minnesota
