Your New Role

As a Warehouse/Inventory Manager in Grand Junction, CO, you’ll:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure 95%+ inventory accuracy

• Track stock levels and reorder as needed to avoid shortages

• Receive, store, and organize HVAC parts and equipment

• Stage and prep materials for Install and Service teams

• Supervise warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety

• Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with company standards

• Coordinate logistics and support the field teams with what they need, when they need it

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management

• Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and warehouse operations

• Proficiency with inventory management software

• Proven leadership or management experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
