Starting base annual salary of $75,000

As the Warehouse Manager in Woodland, CA, you will oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure technicians have the materials, tools, and inventory they need to complete jobs efficiently.
You’ll be responsible for:
Managing warehouse inventory, including cycle counts and restocking
Receiving shipments and verifying order accuracy
Organizing, shelving, and maintaining parts and materials
Picking up and delivering parts, tools, and equipment as needed
Staging materials to support scheduled jobs
Leading the Parts Department, including hiring, coaching, and performance reviews
Developing and maintaining systems for vehicle inventory, tools, and shipping and receiving
Supporting technician productivity through accurate parts pulling and order processes
Creating and maintaining process documentation and training materials
Working with leadership to track metrics and support continuous improvement

Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
Familiarity with plumbing parts and materials
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple systems with attention to detail
Experience with process improvement and basic reporting
Ability to lift and transport materials as required
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
