Located in Woodland, CA, you will oversee warehouse operations and inventory systems
Manage inventory including cycle counts, restocking, and accuracy tracking
Receive incoming shipments and verify order accuracy
Organize and maintain parts, materials, and equipment in the warehouse
Stage materials and prepare parts for scheduled service calls
Coordinate pickup and delivery of tools, equipment, and materials as needed
Lead the Parts Department including hiring, coaching, and team development
Build and maintain systems for vehicle inventory, tools, and warehouse flow
Create and maintain process documentation and training materials
Track key performance metrics and partner with leadership to improve operations

At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
Knowledge of plumbing parts and materials
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple systems with attention to detail
Experience with process improvement and basic reporting
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Valid driver’s license
