Your New Role

• Coordinate warehouse operations in New York City, NY, supporting HVAC field teams

• Manage inventory control, purchasing, and supply chain logistics

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and equipment

• Pick, prep, and stage materials for technician dispatch

• Schedule and coordinate deliveries and vendor pickups

• Maintain fleet vehicles, including service scheduling and condition tracking

• Enforce warehouse safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized facility

• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Experience with inventory systems or field service software such as ServiceTitan is a plus

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Authorized to work in the United States
