Your New Role

As the Warehouse Coordinator in Everett, Washington (98203), you will oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory, and support technicians so every job runs smoothly.

• Maintain accurate inventory levels of plumbing parts, equipment, and tools

• Make sure all service trucks are stocked and ready for daily jobs

• Work closely with technicians and dispatch to help reduce downtime

• Purchase and source parts in a timely and cost effective way

• Enter and track purchase orders using ServiceTitan

• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service documentation

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

• Receive incoming shipments and manage outgoing deliveries

• Deliver or pick up parts for job sites when needed

• Stay organized while managing multiple tasks and priorities each day

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Experience with inventory management or logistics coordination

• Experience purchasing parts or working with vendors is preferred

• Comfortable using inventory and field service software such as ServiceTitan

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail

• Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks

• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions

• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with technicians and dispatch

• Ability to work 40 or more hours per week and handle occasional after hours calls
