• Pay: $26 to $32 per hour (based on experience)

• Job Type: Full-time

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, typically 7 AM – 3 PM (some weekends may be required)

• Weekly Hours: 41–50 hours per week

• Overtime: Available depending on project demands

Your New Role

• Install casework, cabinetry, and custom millwork with precision and care

• Perform detailed finish carpentry, including door, frame, and hardware installations

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to execute tasks correctly the first time

• Tackle demo, rough carpentry, wall layout, and metal stud framing as needed

• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to keep projects moving and clean

• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace throughout all construction phases

• Travel as needed for projects throughout Louisville, Lexington, and Southern Indiana

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial carpentry or trim carpentry

• Proven ability to install casework, cabinetry, and millwork to exact specifications

• Skilled in door, frame, and hardware installation

• Capable of metal stud framing, layout, and general rough carpentry

• Comfortable reading and working from blueprints and construction documents

• Experience with drywall finishing is a plus

• High school coursework or equivalent education
